Ciara Waters is Head of Strategy and one of the two founders of Lexicon.
In keeping with Lexicon’s unique make up, Ciara has a diverse background in financial services, marketing and law. She’s developed a distinctly creative approach to these industries in various roles including Head of Marketing for Macquarie Funds Management and practicing law for Allen & Overy in the UK.
With her substantial client-side experience and a knack for asking the right questions, Ciara goes above and beyond expectations to help financial services brands, and many other brands with complex narratives, connect more effectively with their customers.
