Bart Pawlak is an independent creative consultant who takes the lead on Lexicon’s creative projects. He has worked as a Creative Director and Senior writer for the major advertising networks, during a career spanning 20 years. Most recently, this was as the Executive Creative Director of VMLY&R Sydney.
His experience covers airlines, telecommunication companies, electronics and technology brands, online food delivery apps, FMCG, as well as financial services. He has regularly created highly effective ‘behaviour change’ campaigns for the Government, tackling issues such as driver fatigue, motorcycle safety, infrastructure developments and childhood vaccination, to name just several.
Over the years, his work has received recognition at major local and international award shows. A believer in the power of creative thinking to inspire positive change in the world, his proudest career achievement to date was working with former US Vice-President Al Gore. Together, they created a global campaign that, for the first time ever, saw children address the UN General Assembly on the issue of climate change.
