Amanda Deacon is Chief Executive Officer and one of the two founders of Lexicon.

Before establishing Lexicon, Amanda spent more than a decade working in financial services for brands like Barclays, Royal London Asset Management and Macquarie Bank, here in Australia and abroad.

She was a board member for the social enterprise 10thousandgirl.com and is a founding contributor to the Growth Project.

When she’s not looking after day-to-day operations, Amanda’s happy place is in the Lexicon strategic engine room. This is where she puts her industry and product knowledge to work, creating powerful communication solutions for 50-plus leading brands Lexicon is proud to call clients.
