Maxxia Employee experience report: Finding the white space

The brief

Talking to HR professionals about employee engagement is nothing new, so Maxxia needed a content strategy to help them stand out in the market.

After identifying an opportunity to lead an industry-wide conversation on the emerging HR topic of Employee Experience, Lexicon developed a robust content strategy that placed thought leadership front and centre. The inaugural Employee experience report was launched and a spotlight was placed on the Maxxia brand.
